Warranty FAQ

What warranty comes with my Squish bike?

All Squish bikes come with a standard 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on frames, forks, paintwork, decals, and components.

In addition, Squish offers a free extended 10-year warranty on rigid alloy frames, forks, handlebars, stems, and seat posts.

What does the standard warranty cover?

The standard warranty includes:

  • Rigid alloy frames and forks
  • Paintwork and decals
  • Bicycle components and finish
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Please note that some branded components, suspension forks, and wheelsets may be covered directly by the original manufacturer warranty.

What does the extended 10-year warranty cover?

The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects on:

  • Rigid alloy frames
  • Forks
  • Handlebars
  • Stems
  • Seat posts

This applies from the original date of purchase once the bike has been successfully registered.

Is the warranty transferable?

No. The Squish warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Does my bike need to be assembled by a bike shop?

Yes. If your bike is purchased online and delivered boxed or partially assembled, it must be built and inspected by a qualified mechanic at an authorised Squish dealer using a completed Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).

This is required for warranty eligibility.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tyres, tubes, and cables
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, misuse, or neglect
  • Corrosion or lack of maintenance
  • Improper assembly or unauthorised modifications
  • Damage caused by stunt riding, jumping, racing, or non-standard use
  • Labour or transportation costs related to warranty claims
How do I make a warranty claim?

If you believe your Squish bike has a warranty issue, please contact the authorised Squish dealer where the bike was originally purchased.

You will need:

  • Your original proof of purchase
  • The bike in a clean and assembled condition

Warranty inspections and claims are handled through authorised Squish dealers.

Will my bike be repaired or replaced?

If a product is found to be defective, Squish may choose to either repair or replace the item.

If a replacement frame is provided, it may not be the exact same model but will be of equal or greater value.
